Not only be a leader , but a developer as well

Is there anything crossed your mind when you are thinking of leader ? and what do you think about developer ? are there any differences between leader and developer ? or are they both related each other ?

umm...at this moment , i remember Lee Kuan Yew who is a great political leader and developer in singapore . Many challenges that he faced , but he never felt to give up due to he did some mistakes when he entered a political party . He gives me inspiration of leading and developing . However , above all , i need God intervention to begin whatever we do . And i have to attend the school seriously , and also study hard .


according to me , leaders must be able to lead an organization and practicing as a good developer too . But, before that , i have to be able to control my self first in order to i can obey all rules of leadership world. above all, i have to began from myself first and then to the others .

"To be able to lead others, a man must be willing to go forward alone", this statement makes me really think about courage and bravery .If, i do not have willingness for anything and have no courage of leading people and also really scary to go forward alone (i mean "not have self-confident") , it's impossible to be a leader , right???

Nha... 

Leaders make decisions that create the future they desire and true dreams ..

A good leader or developer must be good at taking a right decision of whatever their undergone or experience , may be kind of problems...and also the right way how to solve them.So, it can add value to create the future.

Yeah...so, as for me, either to be a good leader or developer  is not easy as i think ,you have to control yourself first  . However,  we can try our best and learn more and more , have willingness, courage and brave to go forward alone.Never give up to the all challenging . We can make "NEW WORLD" through our dreams . More importantly , you are also able to make a good choice , good decision , and to solve the riots inside yourselves and then the riots among people around you.
